Pre-K and Kindergarten Registration

April 9th and 10th 9:30AM – 1:30 PM

Information was sent home regarding Pre-K Registration on a separate flyer. Please bring the following items to register your child:

·         State Certified Birth Certificate

·        Health Record of Required Immunizations

·         3 Proofs of Residency

·         Social Security Card

·         Records from Previous Schools, Assignment Letter, Custody Papers (if applicable)
